Chapter 1/1 : Death
The sound of the door opening made everyone in the classroom. especially me jumped from the seat. Everyone was wondering who might dare to interrupt  Mr. Goodwill's history class. He who happened to be giving a tedious speech on Napoleon's history has a dislike for intrusions with his class.
The door finally opened wide and in came Sir Woodwerd, one of my father's bodyguard.
"Sorry to interrupt your teachings, but Princess Eleanor would have to come with me immediately," said  Woodwerd. Everyone was looking at me, but Mr. Goodwill was looking through space as though he did not hear a thing of what Woodwerd had said a few minutes ago.
"Sir, did you not hear what I just said?" said Woodwerd in a higher tone thinking that Mr. Goodwill had a deaf ear. People were started to talk, some even giggle about something I know not.
"Eleanor, weather you are born as a princess or not, your still a student in this school, and I would not tolerate such behavior, such disturbance in my class!! Now off you go!" said Mr. Goodwill with such anger. I quickly got up and packed my school bag.
"What could be so important that you have to interrupt the history teacher asking for me?" I asked Woodwerd right as i passes by him at the doorway of the classroom.
"I'm sorry princess, but something bad has happened in the palace, and you are summoned by the His Majesty to be present immediately." We rush quickly through the corridor which was crowded by people. As we got nearer to the entrance of the school gate, I thought to myself, "What could possibly have happen back home? Could it be that brother has finally return home.....or did something bad had befall upon my parents?"
"Woodwerd, is my parents alright?" I ask not realizing of what I had just said.
"His Highness is fine for now," he said. By now we were already in the car going back to the royal palace.
"And my mom, how is she?" I ask anxiously waiting for an answer of "yes , she is fine", but what came out next was not the answer that I wanted from him.
"No, Princess, she is not well." Just that sentence that had came out from his mouth have set knifes dashing through my heart. "What had happen to her?" a voice inside my head came alive. I tried all as i might to stop more unwanted imagination of what my mother could possibly be going through right now. Tears started to crawl down my cold cheek.
"You will be inform more detail when we reach the palace in one piece, princess. For now just take a rest. My body started to ached, coused by the stress and tension that begin to indulge me. The darkness of the night started to set in, street lights were turned on one by one.
